{"id":1022,"date":"2016-09-05T11:17:13","date_gmt":"2016-09-05T11:17:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/oilfiltration.globecore.com\/?p=1022"},"modified":"2016-10-05T12:18:26","modified_gmt":"2016-10-05T12:18:26","slug":"successful-start-cmm-12r-unit-ecuador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oilfiltration.globecore.com\/successful-start-cmm-12r-unit-ecuador\/","title":{"rendered":"Successful Start up of CMM-12R unit in Ecuador"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>August this year, our company visited the city of Quito (Ecuador), to start up a <\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/oilfiltration.globecore.com\/oil-filtration-systems\/oil-regeneration-plant.html\"><b>\u0421\u041c\u041c-12R<\/b><\/a><b> plant.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The startup was preceded by a test run, which demonstrated good results with reduced dielectric loss tangent of 0,7% at 90\u00b0 C (initial value at 11%) and increase of breakdown voltage to 80 kV.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The main feature of the CMM-12R plant is the round the clock regeneration of transformer oil without stopping for sorbent reactivation. Moreover, the equipment has an advanced software suite and can be controlled through a GSM-module. The unit \u00a0also operates without oil loss.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A special room with air conditioning and a personal computer makes the operator&#8217;s work easier and more comfortable. In regeneration mode, the CMM-12R has a capacity of 4 m3 \/ hr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Personnel training took place in Ambato, a city in the centre of Ecuador, where electrical insulation oil was treated in an on-line transformer without taking it offline.
